Tahini

Tahini, tahini, al-Rashi, or al-Rahash is the juice of sesame seeds. The sesame is squeezed after cleaning and roasting on the fire. It can also be squeezed without roasting. Tahini is included in the manufacture of many sweets and savory dishes, as well as in the manufacture of halva and sesame halva.
